Need serious log in help..

My dads ex wife subscribed to family premium spotify when they were still married. He now has no idea what username email or password. I am on the account as a user and am currently logged in still. How can we retrieve his account info???

You can just click on your account and then to account settings. Here you can see what your username was and change the password

I'm not the main account holder. I know my username and password but I cannot do anything further such as add family members or get my dad his own profile log in

Did u able to retrieve ur dads account? I am also having the same problem,,i dont know my username & password because my daughter is the one who made my account..my spotify isnot working anymore but my childrens are still working
