Need to delay payment of Premium

Need to delay payment of Premium

Due to being sent home because of the Coronavirus outbreak, I am now running short of money.

I'd ideally delay payment for two months for Premium but cannot find a way to contact Spotify directly.

Any suggestions?

I really comprehend your situation and I'd like to express my sympathy for you in this difficult time... 💚

 

About the situation you brought to us, at the current time, there is no way to delay the payment of your Premium services. In your situation, the most recommendable is that you cancel your current subscription until when it be necessary and then when you think it would be fine, you can subscribe to the Premium plan again.
