Need to reset password but I have to log in with my PW to reset it!

My Question or Issue

I need to reset my password. I'm still logged in on my computer and phone but I can't remember my PW. I tried to log in on my iPad but every PW I tried failed. So I went into my account (on the computer) and to "Set Device Password" (I assume that's the same as "reset password); to do that, it asked me to log in. But I can't remember my PW so how can I log in to reset my password?? I'm in a loop!

Worst case scenario I can log in via Facebook but that doesn't help me reset my password to something I can remember!
