lost my spotify for artist access on my laptop

My Question or Issue I lost my access to Spotify for Artists on my laptop. I believe it is because on my Facebook account being hacked and FB deleted my account. I do have Spotify for Artists on my cellphone still. But how do I get it back on my laptop. I can't find my login details on my cellphone to try on my laptop.

Thanks for reaching out.

You can create a Spotify password to log in with your email address instead.

1. Go to our password reset form.
2. Enter your Facebook email address
3. Check your inbox for an email from Spotify to reset your password

This means you don’t need to use the Facebook button to log in. You can enter your Facebook email address and the new password instead.

I did do that but I still can't get on Spotify for Artists..just a user account

It appears I have two accounts. My cellphone has my Spotify for Artists account. My laptop my regular free account. Is there a way to get my login and password from my cellphone? Doesn't appear I can.

Hey @user-removed,

Thanks for getting back.

When you open the Spotify for Artists app and click on the artist image in the top left corner, it should show you all the artist pages/teams you're part of.

When you scroll down on that page, it should show you the email address/username of the account you're logged in with.

If you use the details stated there to request a password reset, you should be able to get back into the right account on all of your devices.
