Need to reset password, but e-mail isn't available anymore



A friend has a problem. She has an account with Premium subscription, and she's always connected with her smartphone. However, someone disconnected her from her spotify app, and she doesn't know her password.

So, she tried to reset her password, but her e-mail address is not available anymore...

Please have her contact support


You may see an option to chat with support instead of email.


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
