Never got an email after 12 months of student subscription

Never got an email after 12 months of student subscription

I never knew about about getting an email after 12 months and even then I never received one. I have been getting charged full even though I've been a student since 2012. Spotify fix this please, you have been charging more than what was agreed. I never received the email. Send me an email spotify at *******@live.com. I would like this problem fixed immediately please. I will provide bank statements and such
