My Question or Issue

When I try to upgrade my account to premium, I am prompted to enter my billing address to enter my card info. When I enter my new billing address, Spotify will not recognize it as my billing address (I'm assuming because my previous credit card info had a different address). How to I enter an acceptable new address when upgrading?

Thanks for posting on the Community. 

 

In this case, we recommend that you try it again using a PC/laptop and an incognito window. Also, we suggest using a different browser and a different network (WiFi).
