New members on Premium Family

Hi,

I send envitation to two of my family menbers and after they fill the invitation code, they fill all the account information and nothing happens after.

Anyone can tell me what to do? What is hapenning?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

That's odd. Can you ask them to try again from an incognito window? If an error message pops up, could you send us a screenshot of it?

 

Also, check the steps here to accept an invite.
