My Question or Issue
I recently purchased a new phone going from apple to samsung, I have a family premium spotify account that I use with my partner, since getting my new phone i cannot log into the account... usually we have 2 separate accounts so we can listen to different music but I do not know how to log in! It keeps logging me into my old single account.. or logs me into my partners account!
Help!! All my music and playlists are on the account and I need it back for my work
Thanks,
Hey @Cassharps!
First of all you should log out from the account you currently logged it. If you don't remember the password of your own account, check this link. If you don't remember your username or e-mail address you used to create your account. Try every possible e-mail addresses that you could have used when creating your account to get the password reset e-mail. Hope it works. Let me know how it goes 🙂

Well lets clarify this. At first you had a free account, lets call it A. And your partner had his/her account, lets call it B. You guys decided to get a family subscription for these two accounts. Now with your new phone when you log in, the app logs you into account A, and you see it as a free account despite being in the family plan or it logs you into the account B which is your partners account. Is that correct ?
