No Password Recovery Email (including spam folder)

Hello Guys

Unfortunately I lost my account password and was trying to recover it by email. I have full access to the email account registered in my account settings. Unfortunately, I don't receive the recovery email. I already checked my spam folder.

I used the spotify support form yesterday but haven't received an answer yet (confirmation did arrive).  Maybe the problem is that I described the issue in German.

Could someone from the support team send me a recovery email to my adress in the request below?

Username is poesewicht - the email account in my ticket below and the ones in my settings should match....

Did you make sure to reply to the automated email directing you back in the help pages (it works, even though it's a no-reply!)?

Support usually takes 24-48 hours.

If you still haven't heard from them, I can escalate your message to the right team.

Thanks for the quick reply. Haven't tried to reply to the ticket confirmation as it said this wouldn't work.

It's a bit over 24h now, so maybe I should wait until tomorrow. If you could speed things up a notch i would be grateful of course 😉

By replying to the no-reply mail you should speed things up on your own.
