No access to spotify email associated with account

No access to spotify email associated with account

Hi there,

 

Although I have access to my account (user1nadine) via the web-interface, I cannot resend a password to an email that I have lost, due to upgrading my system.

(they were saved on lastpass & when I lost I lost everything).

 

Is there anyway that I can give an alternative email to the team to re-access all of my spotify playlists ?

 

haven't used it in over a month.

 

any clue on what to do next would be appreciated.

I've seen several people post about having the same problem. If you can't access the email you have set on file then you need to contact customer support.

[EDIT] Also, I use LastPass too...all of your passwords are stored on their servers even if you uninstall or upgrade your system. Have you tried setting up LastPass on your new sytem and logging in? All your logins should still be there. Unless you meant that you don't remember your LP master password.
