No account found but getting charged

Hi i've been trying to find out how i'm getting charged for a service i've not signed up for. It's on another email and i've had to sign up with another one to get online to sort this. I've been charged for the last 4 months. I tried logging in and changing password but it says i'm logged in through facebook but when i try that link it says there is no account connected. I know there is an account to my email because when i tried signing up a new account it was taken. Can anyone help me get the subscription cancelled please??
