No more skips Spotify free

Hi I've noticed over the last few days when I go back into Spotify I've no skips at all. I've a free account but normally after a period of time and especially after 24 hours they would reset but not so far?????

I'm having same problem. Out doesn't matter of I sign out and back in, uninstall and reinstall app, change playlist, nothing makes them reset...

I have started having the same problem a couple days ago. I haven't been able to find a fix anywhere. Might just have to wait for an update...

I dont know if this will work for you, but if I just leave the app playing for more than an hour I get skips again. I dont know why it wasn't refreshing outside of use. I went for two days with no skips, but when I left the app running for an extended period of time, they finally reset.

IMO this is their way to force you to subscribe to premium, especially considering summer promo.
P.S. I love Spotify, but premium is pricey for me and I really appreciated when they had 3 months for price of one promo, this year due to this forcing I am hesitant.

Taking tinfoil hat off, the solution is to clear your device cashed data.
Had to clear it due to another problem and it solved this skips issue.
P.S. clearing just Spotify cash didn't work for me.
