No premium!!!

No premium!!!

Hello! My name is Damon Simms Jr. and I am trying to find out why I don't have my premium subscription! I tried logging out, and then back in. But, that didn't work! I was charged on my card today unexpectedly and even though I canceled my subscription, I was still charged $9.99! And I still have no premium service!!! So, can someone please help me fix this problem. I would gladly appreciate it!

HI there,

 

I recommend taking the following steps to see what's going on:

 

  1. Go to your online Account Overview to see if it says you have a "Premium" Account or "Free" Account.  If it says you have a "Free" account, you should contact Spotify support directly using this site.
  2. If it says you have a "Premium" account, you should consider conducting a Clean Reinstallation of Spotify by following these steps.
