No response from 5 emails submitted

I still have no premium which has been for 6 weeks now despite paying and sending 5 different contact me emails so is there anyone who can help !!!

Opening new tickets make response slowness.


When did you filled the contact form? Have you replied to the automated email?

It usually takes 24-48 hours for Spotify to respond. If it is taking significantly more than 48 hours, send me a private message with your case number, and I'll escalate it for you.


If Spotify is taking too long to respond, you can always send a reply to the no-reply email (even though it says no-reply). If you send multiple different emails it just bogs down the system and makes it take longer for them to respond.

I'm not receiving any emails at all from spotify. I've checked my spam/junk and now seriously considering an alternative

I too am getting very frustrated about no response from Spotify - my case number is 02485039 - can anyone help?
