Not Able to Login

Hey all,

 

I can’t seem to login on my Mac or iPhone via app. I have tried changing my password a few times as well as using my email and the generated Spotify username to no avail even though I get a confirmation that the password was successfully changed.

 

Actually for a second or two it seems like it is about to load on my Mac then it shuts me back out with the Error 3.

 

I don’t want to sign in via Facebook cause I just signed up to Premium with different details.

 

I would love some help please!

Try going to the Spotify support, or make sure you did an email verification
