Not Receiving Password Reset Email

Not Receiving Password Reset Email

Help Please !

Set up a new account but I must have not entered correctly my intended password, so I'm now unale to access the account.  I've tried requesting the password re-set email numerous times but its not coming through. I contacted Support but just got a generic response:

 

"Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble resetting your password. We're happy to assist you with this.
If you're not receiving the password reset link, here are a few things you could try:

Check your junk/spam filter for the email.
Check you’re entering the correct username/email in the reset page.
Wait a bit longer. It could take a few minutes for the email to come through"

 

I'd tried all their suggestions previously. Is there anything I can do ? because at the minute I can't access the account and face being charged the full monthly amount at the end of the 3 month period (99 pence) as I have no way of cancelling !

I don't use Facebook so it's not a facebook registering issue that I've seen mentioned on here when people have had similiar problems with not receiving the automated re-set email.

Anyone, please ! 

I think this is a fairly common problem ? but I only got a standard response from Customer Support saying check my junk folder, etc.
