Not a student anymore, can't change payment options.

Solved!

Not a student anymore, can't change payment options.

My old credit card expired, when I added the new card I was asked to insert my college information as a student, I am not a student anymore but it wouldn't let me adjust anything after that.

You must cancel your subscription, go online and restart your subscription with the regular premium price. I was unable to directly use my card, but when I setup a paypal account with the same card, I was able to restart premium.

I'm in this same exact situation. Yesterday I tried deactivating my
premium, so now I'm on a regular account. Although I don't currently have
premium I received an email saying my premium would be discontinued on July
1st. I tried to sign up for premium again hoping it would just let me pay
the full price, and I was left with a pending charge and no upgrade to my
account. If the charge goes through and my account does start working
again, I'll let you know.

This did solve my problem, but holy **bleep** what a stupid system. This company is lucky Apple Music is even worse, otherwise I'd be long gone.

Do you lose all your music by canceling subscription in this way?

I am pretty sure, can't recall though.
