Not able to log in

I'm trying to log in on a new phone. When I put in my account info it says "login failed you have already created an account with this email address." I'm not trying to create an account I don't understand why this is happening.

I've tried all of the suggestions with no luck. I need some one in customer support to help me. This is very frustrating not being able to use a service in paying for.
