Not following anyone but it shows I'm following people

I don't want to follow anyone, but it's showing I am following 4 people (on both web and the desktop app).  I've included screenshots.

Can you help me out?  Am I actually following people?  If so, I don't want to.

So it doesn't actually list anyone even though it shows you are following 4 people. This issue seems to be affecting a few people recently. Could you try logging out of spotify and back in. If it's still the same, get in touch with the support team here and they should be able to fix this. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it by email and you will hear back from one of the team shortly.

fyi, spotify had to log in as me and change something in the backend.  it's been updated but i have no idea what they did or what was the issue.  all's well that ends well 🙂
