Not getting premium (using web player)

Hi,

I've upgraded to Premium a few day ago, and I'm still getting ads.

I'm using the web player (in Chrome, under Linux).

I tried logging out, then back in, still getting ads.

Not sure what to do...

Is your Spotify account showing as premium on your online overview

Yes! I had checked this before.

Here is what it says:

You have an active Spotify Premium subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged $9.99 on 2013-07-31 unless you cancel your recurring payment.

 "

 

Very strange, can you try clearing your browser cache and logging out and back in again?

I'm pretty sure I already tried that (I changed Chrome profile), but I'll give it another shot and ping back in here if Alexa Something Something Learnvest with the crocodile voice or Mr. Peanut talks talks in my headphones again.

 

BTW, Spotify should think about implementing frequency capping. Too much of the same ad sort-of works the inverse way after a while.
