Not receiving email/push notifications

Not receiving email/push notifications

It's been many years since I last used my account and I returned this week (Premium Plan again) because I really like the new layout, the features and the algorithm.

On the notifications section, everything is marked (Push and Email) but I've yet to receive any email or push notification for the new releases of the artists I follow. Just in case:

- Yes, app notifications are enabled on the phone. Latest software version on iOS 17.4. The inquiry is also about the email notifications.
- On the device, I've uninstalled the app, restarted the phone and then reinstalled to "force-sync" my account.
- After the payment email and premium confirmation I haven't received any other Spotify email.

Some additional information (I wasn't allowed to write more on the original post):

I used to receive emails when I started using it years ago and maybe some time after but not anymore. I'm not sure if I clicked on any "unsubscribe" link on any email in the past and I haven't found any information on how to "resubscribe" to all emails sent by Spotify. I'm sure it's never been marked as junk/spam, though.

Hey there @danleonelli,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

As it's been a while since the last time you used your account, we'd suggest you continue using it constantly so the algorithm can update your taste and you can hopefully start receiving these emails again.

If that doesn't do the trick, there's also the "What's New" feed that gathers all the new releases from the artists and shows you follow on Spotify. It can be easily accessed by tapping your profile picture on the top left and entering the What's New section.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.
