Not receiving reset password email

Hello, I have been using Spotify for maybe 3 years and I'm premium for the last year, never had any problem since today, suddenly I decided to change my password because it was very short, I couldn't ¿why? Because I don't know how, there is a French email on my profile (no idea how a French email has arrive to my profile) the problem is that I can't change it, I can't change that French email and I can't change my password because I need to put the correct password that I suppose the French hacker knows which is.

 

What I have to do ? Whit who I have to contact ?

 

I have send a contact template you can find on the web, but I suppose the request will be send to the FRENCH email....

 

¿any idea?

Get in touch using this form and the team will be able to give you a hand getting everything resetup. 😉


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
