My premium account is disabled or deleted

My premium account is disabled or deleted

Dear all, dear support, 


what might have happened that my premium subscription (valid until next year November) is not available anymore.

From Sunday to Monday this week I cannot login anymore using my account "erlejockel" (not linked to Facebook as I don't have it).

 

Contacting the support did not help as they suggested resetting my password, which does not work. It just fails, as if that account is not existing anymore 😞

 

What happened here? Is my account deleted somehow? Why did I not get any email notification?

 

Any help is much appreciated!

 

@spotify: Since two days now no solution from your support. This is not acceptable and very disappointing. I payed for it and therefore want to use it...
