Notification Loading Forever

When I click the bell (for new notifications about newly released songs), I get the notification on my phone - but when I click it in the Windows 7 program, it loads for eternity, and never shows! It just keeps saying it's loading.

You should only be able to view the last 20, they get cut off after that.

Could you try re-installing the main Spotify app?
