Offer premium student

Hello i'm french guy, i have suscribed to spotify premium with student offer. When i want to zap music on playlist there is an message say "suscribe sporify premium for have this function" while i already premium.
I even received an email to tell me my offer was active. Thank's

Could you log out of your current session and log in with your username and password? If you're not sure of which is your Spotify username, you can find it in the Premium email confirmation for your most recent purchase. Alternatively, you can look up your usernamy by doing a cache search on your device (desktop and Android only).
