Offline Access for this computer/device has been withdrawn

It says my offline access has been withdrawn. Can you please fix this for me?

Hi. I share Premium Family with one other member and i was wondering if offline access is shared between both accunts (two users, three devices), or do we have three devices each where we can have offline access?

 I got the same Problem. I tried the steps u mentioned but it still didnt work 😞 Android Phone is fine tho. My account says there are only 2 devices using the offline services (android phone and the PC i have the problem on) 

(they said u should restart ur PC and then u could just download them again)
