My offline access has been withdrawn even though I only have Spotify installed on 3 devices!!... I've had a lot of trouble with offline access and playlists gone missing and having to sync them again... Spotify, what is happening??
I know that this support forum is not run by Spotify but I hope someone from their team will see this and get back to me asap. I've had my Premium subscription for abt a year, it's never been syncing smoothly on mobile, old playlists with 0 songs turns up, but no new ones... and now this. 😞

Hey JiggaRob, I've now reset your offline devices. It was previously two Blackberrys and an Android.
I need to reset my devices!
Offline access has been withdrawn on my HP laptop today. No idea why as only use it on there, my blackberry 9900 and my asus netbook. Can anyone help?
Hi Please can you reset my offline device list?
I should have 1 Blackberry, 1 Android and 1 Nokia which I guess would come up as Symbian.
We used to have 2 IPod touch'es and I am guessing one of those must still be listed?
Also please can you confirm that if like in this case we have our 3 mobile phones listed as the devices for offline access that we if use an IPOD touch to stream while it is on a dock that it shouldn't cause one of the mobiles to lose it's offline access?
Don't know if this is related... But since the last week or so I can't play an offline playlist on one device, and stream on another. It used to work fine, and it was the only way to listen to spotify on 2 locations at the same time, but i was fine with that.
But as of now, I cannot use spotify in 2 locations at the same time anymore?! As soon as I start playing a song, the other client pauses, whether it was online or offline play..
Is this a bug? Because if not, spotify is completely useless to me now 😞
RattyCole - Okay, devices are reset! If you just stream tracks on a device, it shouldn't connect that for offline use - Only after you sync tracks should it show up.
JaVaeBe - Spotify is only licensed for personal use, and as a result, it is not possible to play Spotify in two different locations at the same time.
David, it used to work fine before the last iOS update... I'm talking about offline playing. I totally understand streaming in 2 locations doesn't work. But offline playlists on my phone should work while my wife is at home streaming music on the computer...
Hi, Reseting my devices worked up until I tried to stream from an Ipod touch then the Nokia mobile got it's offline access withdrawn. Now I know that causes the problem, I won't bother streaming from the Ipod I will just connect my phone to the doc via the line in cable. Please can you reset me again? As before the 3 that should have offline access are 1 x adroid, 1 x blackberry and 1 x Nokia (which I guess would come up as Symbian)
Thanks

Ok done, though we were seeing two Blackberry devices and an Android on your account for some reason.
Please reset my devices.
There should be only 3 devices: a Mac player, a Blackberry and an Android. Dunno if it's related, but everytime I go into the blackberry app, it re-downloads all the playlists that I had selected to be available offline.
Thanks!

OK, done!
Could you please reset the information about how many devices are registered to my account? Offline access for my computer has been withdrawn as well.
Thank you!

Done.
To The Moderator:
I also have the same problem. I have always used a Mac and iPad before and never had a problem. Will you kindly help me with this problem of offline access being withdrawn. That functionality is the one of my primary reasons for having a premium account.

I can reset the devices associated with your account (though you'll need to resync everything again afterwards one more time). Are you happy for me to proceed with this?
Does this mean that I lose all the playlists that I have set up over the last few months?
Please explain what resyncing would mean for me.
Thanks,

Thanks,
Your playlists would be untouched, you'd just need to redownload the tracks again to listen to them offline.
Thanks you may proceed. I will re-sync when yo are done.
