Offline mode

I've got two concerns. First, I downloaded songs and when I turn off my data and wifi, I couldn't play the songs I downloaded so I realized I gotta turn on offline mode to do so and I did and finally can play songs I downloaded but I wonder why I can't play all the songs downloaded? It keeps on re downloading every time I turn the wifi in. 

Second is really more important since whenever I close the Spotify app and open it again, I automatically get logged out and i'm still in offline mode that's why I can't open my account nowwww.

Need help asap. I can't open my account. It says it's because I'm using offline mode. Does this mean I can't use offline mode and close the app cause if I do and open the app again, I won't be able to log in cause it weirdly gets logged out automatically.

That's odd.

You shouldn't get logged out of your app after you've closed it.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Maybe this will fix your problems.

Hi! Thank you for your help! I did what you said and it's already fixed. I can finally open my account again and play songs offline. 🙂
