Offline or normal playlist?

Right I want to start again to be a premium user of spotify but I have a couple of question before .
I will be traveling to a Europe country that doesn't support Spotify and as far as I read here it does work but I can't download the lists as being on my iPad and don't have enough space so I will be using it online .can somebody confirm that it does work having the country ip address etc.(uk account and paid here aswell)
Another thing , will all the songs be available are there restrictions in some countries?

IPad mini it doesn't have the last iOS and I will not do the update so is the apology app which runs perfect , will I have any problems?

Yes, with a Premium account you can enjoy the same service all over the world, even if Spotify hasn't launched in the places you go.

You'll get the same content you listen to at home (UK).
