How do I go about removing Spotify from all devices?
Someone from Spotify support would have to clear your device list.
I still have a paid subscription. It hasn't given me the error since I updated it yesterday, but it's too early to say if it's fixed it from happening again.
Yet again I was duped into downloading a Spotify app thinking that it would be ok or fixed. Same issues as the iphone version. I am done with Spotify. Who needs all these constant problems?
Argh! I just happened to me again. Only a week after I had finally managed to get everything synced post the "Extreme Quality" iphone sync debacle.
Can someone tell me how I can convince spotify I only have 2 devices that use offline?
(And Why don't they let you see this information anyway - then we could choose which "device" the data gets deleted from, rather than just assuming it's the one we're using right now. Surely a better option if you were to blow one device off the list should be the least recently used one. Not the one that has several GB currently synced and was listened to only an hour before.....)
Frustrated.
Good thing there is more than one music service for the ipad.
My subscription expired today. I deleted the app and I'm going to return to using Slacker Radio for my jogging. It might be a workable solution for some of the others here who really rely on caching. I just don't have enough data in my plan to cache when no wifi is available.
Mine needs resetting too then.
i need reset too...pls...
I didn't have the patience for MOG, Slacker or Rhapsody, so I joined Spotify again. In fact, I accidentally was billed twice.
I'm going to just use offline mode until this is solved, but I will remember this, Spotify.
As soon as sombody better looking comes along, I'm SOout of this relationship

Ok, done. Let us know if there's still any issues.
Richard,
Thnk you for your quick reply. Are all my devices resetted now?
No problem. There currently aren't any devices registered for your account.
Mine too please?

Ok done! Please also make sure you're on the latest version of the app on all devices/platforms.
HI cerberus904- I've just reset yours too.
Please do a clean reinstallation of the Spotify app on all of your devices before syncing your offline playlists again. Let us know if you receive that 3 devices message again--thanks!
I have the same problem, except that I indeed synchronized to more than 3 devides. Some devices crashed and now I cant synchronise anymore. Would it be possible to reset my account, or even better, make the devicelist available in my account so I can choose whitch is not alive anymore? Thanks!
