Old Email...new account....Premium getting charged to old account

Old Email...new account....Premium getting charged to old account

Hey All--

 

I am not tech savvy but I have made some dope playlists that I want to get back.  

 

My account was set up under my very first hotmail email and I cannot recover it.   I have made a new Spotify account but my Premium  monthly payment is still being collected and I do not have premium tied to the new account.   How can I fix this issue?   

 

Any assistance is appreciated.

I’m sorry to hear that. First, can you try to find your account following these steps? If that doesn’t work, then I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
