I'm pretty sure I joined Spotify during December while in Medellin, Colombia. It won't recognize me here in Georgia, USA. Can you teach an old dog new tricks? I am on a MacPro 2019.

Just to confirm, are you having issues to log in to your account or are you getting any error messages inside the app? Either way, sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Also, are you using the free or the Premium service? If your account is free, keep in mind that you can use it in a different country than where your account is registered for up to 14 days. After that, you won’t be able to play anything. So if you registered it in Colombia, to continue using it in the USA, you need to change your account settings.
