[Other] having a customer service to contact

Well it turns out that my account has been probably hacked and I want first to report it to Spotify and second I want my money back.

There's no way to contact anymone in any manner. 

Aren't we premium customers enough valuable to have a single point of contact to report fraud?

I'm waiting for an answer like :

"Of course go to this extremelylong link that is unavailable for normal people and someone after checking your request will answer you in less than 2 month that your case is closed."

Well that's not what I mean by having a point of contact. I mean a clear button that says: REPORT FRAUD with real people behind that are able to answer with diligence. That's a business, people put their credit card and personal data!
