Hi there,
have Spotify on three devices - old iphone (for running), current windows phone (work) and home laptop. Recently my music has been cutting out, Either with the message my account it being used elsewhere or, in the case of the iphone, someone else's playlist starts playing (randomly: Megan's or administrators! Have no idea who Megan is)
Any idea what's going on? Have i been hacked? is it faulty? It's just really annoying as I ultimately end up having to give up as even though I try and reset, or press play again, their music can over ride mine.
please help!?!?!?

Hello @Pappyox !
Follow these steps to make sure no one hacks into your account:
1. Go to your settings and push the button "sign out everywhere" on the bottom.
2. Change your passwords (facebook, email-account)
3. If the "hacker" deleted some of your playlists, you can recover them here.
Hope that helps and no one but you is using your account again!

THis is not a solution. This just a temporary fix. The solution is that Spotify does something to keep this from happening. This has happened to my 5 times now. Ive done what the " solution" says to do and Ive changed my password 3 times.
The biggest issue is that you have to use a computer to do it, you cant do while running and using your phone for your music when someone hijacks your account.
This is getting very very old.
