Overcharged on my bank acct?!

I am showing two charges on my bank account for my $9.99 spotify account... why is this?

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? In them, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. In your case, it looks like it's a Student Premium, and a regular Premium. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
