PIN in a gift card

Hi:

I've purchased a gift card "on line", and the receiver noticed me that is requested a PIN after entered the "Spotify Code". And she can't find where te PIN is?.

I received a mail with this text:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for purchasing a Spotify premium code. This is your receipt.

Hello @joseluistriay, welcome to the community!

When you purchased the gift card an email should be sent to the person you requested it to be sent to. The URL has the code in it, for example if https://www.spotify.com/code/111111 was the URL 111111 is the PIN code. Have you tried this? Here is more information here.
