We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

When it comes to managing your account and payments you can do that by going on your Account page. You'll find your charges when you click on Receipts. There you should be able to see all of them.

 

If the information is not present there, you might be logged into another account. Take a look a this page to see what you can do to check if you have a second account with us. If that's the case go to the right top corner of the page > click on Account > Log out. Then you can log back in using the correct e-mail address and password. Make sure you're using your browser if you're trying to make modifications on your account.
