Paid for Premium, getting basic!

Paid for Premium, getting basic!

I upgraded to the Premium account three days ago and was receiving premium service until this morning, when I was suddenly downgraded to basic. My payment was through PayPal and has already been received by Spotify. I've also already tried the re-login as well as the clean re installation. Please help ASAP.
