Paid for premium but it won't upgrade me

Paid for premium but it won't upgrade me

My premium subscription expired a couple days ago from lack of funds but then I added money to my card and tried to pay, but it said my card was having a bad day? Then I get a receipt saying Spotify did charge my card but still won't upgrade me for some reason. I've never had this problem before and I'm finding it very difficult to get any help or contact anyone. I've tried signing out and back in and also uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Please help! Please
