Password Problem

I disconnected my spotify from facebook and could not log in with normal password. when i clicked i forgot password it said that i'm using acc connected with facebook, and to change password from facebook. How can i disconnect it, and be able to log in with usuall password? 
P.S i reconnected it as i was logged in at desktop app. I can normally change password from acc settings

EDIT: i have to log in through login, not email, but it works. connecting again fb acc to spotify is broken for me from dekstop browser. i had to do it from desktop app (win 10)
