Password Reset Email

I have been trying to reset my password so I can change my email since it is through my school one and I'm graduating soon so I won't be able to get emails. I have been trying for about 3 days now and have yet to get the email. I have given it time and there still isn't an email.

Could you check your SPAM/JUNK folder once? Sometimes the email might end up in that category and thus not stay visible in the primary inbox.

If you are still not able to receive the email on your school email, I'd suggest reaching out to Spotify chat support using this link. 

Let them know about the email issue and they should be able to take it from there.
