Password Reset Link does not work

Hi everyone, can someone please help me to reset my password?

Every time I try to reset my password, I follow the reset link within the email and the following notification appears on my screen:

"Your password reset link is not valid, or already used."

This has continued to happen every time I get a new reset email sent to me, over the last fortnight. Please help me to know how to reset my password despite this problem. I really need to cancel my Spotify Premium as I cannot afford it anymore, but I don't think I can cancel it without logging into my account.

By the way, my Spotify app is still logged in - does anyone know if there is a way to cancel from within the app, without knowledge of the password?
