Password and username reset: "Oops! something is wrong"

Password and username reset replies "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out ourhelp area" when I try to reset using the e-mail used for signing up for spotify. I need to reset the username and password because a premium subscription is attached to the account.

Strange, how old was the email before you clicked the link?

They are only valid for 24 hours as far as I know.
