I am trying to update my credit card payment details, and it doesn't seem to work, although my card is active/registered for online purchase etc.. All the criterias you list on FAQ are fulfilled. Who can I contact to get my credit card details updated?
The only (not so helpful) message I get when I update my credit card details is following:
Sorry, we could not update your payment details.
Please help!

It's a completely new card, both old and new card is Mastercard.
Definitely weird, have you tried a different browser? Sometimes it can be picky!

Still doesn't work with the Mastercard, I tried two different computers and both Safari and Chrome. Although when I tried with another Master-credit card it worked.. I have to check with Mastercard what is going on.. I'll come back if necessary! Big thanks for you help Mr!

I fixed my Mastercard now and hopefully I can once again change payment details to the correct ones (yesterday I changed to a card I don't want to use), but when I try to change payment card I get the following message:
"Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area"
after choosing Visa/Mastercard as new payment method.
Is there a limit how often you can change payment card?
I'm not sure, but if you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get this set up for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
