Password reset doesnt work after following password reset link I get message 'Sorry, this form has e

I cant remember my password, I have asked to reset password and have followed reset password link sent to my email, I can then put a new password in and then I get this message 'Sorry, this form has expired. Please try again', I have tried again and again and get the same result and I can still not log in!!!!! Please help because I am ready to smash my computer and tell everybody I know that Spotify sucks!!
