Log in issue

Sorry if this has been brought up before.

I recently had a seperate issue with spotify and when trying to contact them about it I noticed it would only send response to my facebook email address. This address is one I set up about 10 years ago, I haven't used it in at least 8 years and as far as I'm aware the account has been deleted.... so I made the monumental error of reseting my facebook email. 

Now I can't get into spotify at all. I get error code 3 on the desktop app, I get 'unable to log in' on my android app. I can't access my account page on the spotify website as I get 'this page is not working ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS'. 

I can't reset my password as it doens't recognise the email address, I can't remove spotify as an app on facebook as it will not open. 

To be honest I'm suprised it's even let me log in on this message board.

It sounds like your account is quite the mess!

I would just start from scratch, to be honest. It would probably save a lot of hair-pulling.
