On 2/22, I receievd an email from Spotify saying "We’ve noticed unusual activity related to your account. To protect its security, we've reset your password. To create a new password so you can log back into Spotify, simply click the big green button below."
I clicked said button, but the password reset email never arrived. I checked spam, and confirmed that I'm checking the right email address. Subsequent password reset attempts had the same result. I have a cached login to spotify.com, but I can't change my password there either, because my old password is no longer correct.
If you've already checked all e-mail addresses the might be connected to your account and the spam/junk folders, please reach out to support using this contact page and have them get a closer look at you account.
