Password reset, my new account

Password reset, my new account

I recently purchased a family premium 'scperkins1@hotmail.com'. I got so excited I forgot my username and password. But I did get my wife connected 'gosoxer@hotmail.com".

HISTORY: I had a free account with my work that I created many years ago with the same email and I used this old password thinking it was the new setup but I was wrong so now I'm stuck. Can you help please?

Hey @user-removed,

 

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase? In it, it shows your Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features. If you see a random number, that's your actual Spotify username, which was assigned automatically to you when you created your account through Facebook. If you see it in your receipt, you need to login with your Facebook details.

 

You can also login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
