Pay the full year vs. monthly

Hello! 

I'm wondering if there is an opportunity to pay an enitre year upfront.  I prefer to pay in full vs. paying on a monthly basis.  Does anyone know if this can be done?  If so, how?  Thanks!

Fantastic! Do I still get up to 5 family members on my account? Also, if
I already have the monthly premium access and pay for this yearly plan, are
you all going to replace my monthly membership? Basically, will I have to
worry about getting charged the full year now, and the monthly premium fee
($14.99) that I already signed up for?

No, because Premium and Premium for Family are two different plans. The link posted by me above is for a yearly Premium plan. Unfortunately there's no yearly plan available for Premium for Family.

Subscribing to that plan now would change your account's plan back from Premium for Family to Premium after your current billing period is over.
